• Wig arrives loosely curled. If washed, hair will revert to a bone straight & silky texture.
• Avoid excessive heat & heavy oils.
• Use a sulfate-free conditioner weekly to keep strands from feeling dry.
• Use a dry shampoo between washes.
• Use a sulfate-free conditioner when washing, use dry shampoo between washes.
• To keep shedding to a minimum, use a paddle or Denman brush.

All of our hair goes through a strict quality control process and all of our Wigs have been specially customized for each Collection to ensure our customers receive the best quality and custom Muze Hair by Kiyah Wright styles. 

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all of our Wigs, Hair Extensions, Ponytails, and Closures are final sale. Because each wig is custom made, styles may vary slightly from photos. We do not offer refunds on any Wig, Hair Extension, Ponytail or Closure purchases. If you believe you have defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. Please note that we will NOT allow any exchange of an item if it is not in its original condition. We are not responsible for delivery fees associated with exchanges.
