Because each wig is custom made, styles may vary slightly from photos. We do not offer refunds on any Wig, Hair Extension, Ponytail or Closure purchases. If you believe you have defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. Please note that we will NOT allow any exchange of an item if it is not in its original condition. We are not responsible for delivery fees associated with exchanges.
