● Keep curls defined by using mousse or curl cream.

● Meant to be worn curly. This texture may be compromised for a straight look. Apply a heat protectant before using a flat iron.

● Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to maintain softness.

● Avoid brushing the wig when it’s dry to keep the curls intact—use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb instead.

● After washing, let the wig air dry to prevent heat damage.

● Store the wig on a mannequin or in a wig stand to preserve its shape.

● Use dry shampoo between washes to keep it fresh and full of volume.

All of our hair goes through a strict quality control process and all of our Wigs have been specially customized for each Collection to ensure our customers receive the best quality and custom Muze Hair by Kiyah Wright styles. 

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all of our Wigs, Hair Extensions, Ponytails, and Closures are final sale. Because each wig is custom made, styles may vary slightly from photos. We do not offer refunds on any Wig, Hair Extension, Ponytail or Closure purchases. If you believe you have defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. Please note that we will NOT allow any exchange of an item if it is not in its original condition. We are not responsible for delivery fees associated with exchanges.
